Soluble Cutting Oil is a type of coolant lubricant which is used during metal working machining process. When any metal is cut, turned, honed or finished by any other process by mechanical force, high friction and heat are automatically generated which reduces life of the tools and can also damage the metal components. For reducing these effects Soluble Cutting Oils are used, thus reducing high heat and friction. Synthetic Cutting Oil

                                   

The cutting oil synthetic offered by is water soluble cutting oil that is specially formulated for heavy cutting and grinding operations. It has stable milky white emulsion up to 1000 ppm (CaC03) providing it good antirust and bactericide properties. Our cutting oil is suitable for various purposes including metal cutting, turning, threading, drilling, and grinding. With standard dose of 5% emulsion with water, the dilution depends upon the lubrication required in the process.
